Ample parking is available in front of the Villa.
The property also offers a 50 sqm one-bedroom apartment called "LA SALVIA", consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with a shower cabin. It is also possible to have lunch outdoors under the porch in front of the apartment, where a garden table and chairs are located. Shaded parking is available within the property.
